RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind or change on incorrect sizing on bottoms and one pieces. Only products with manufacturing faults or incorrect item received will be accepted for a refund. We do offer a refund for any swimwear top as long as it is in perfect condition.
  • We do offer exchanges for full priced items only and only for items to the same value of your original purchase. You must include a prepaid postage satchel for your item to be posted back.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund
  • Item(s) must be returned unworn and unwashed, in original packaging, hygiene strip must be attached to the garment, and original tags attached. If the product is not in perfect condition, it will be sent back to you no exceptions.
  • Sale items are non returnable.
  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
  • Monno Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the process of returns.
  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • We do not do exchanges for international orders and will return for store credit.
  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.
